Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Destinations & Timing

  • Coverage: We ship to all physical addresses within South Africa. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, this may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.
  • Delivery Estimates: Our standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days. These are estimates and may vary based on your location, public holidays, or courier delays.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Calculations: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Estimates: Any delivery costs displayed prior to checkout are estimates. The final, accurate shipping total will be shown for your review before you complete your purchase.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to outlying or remote areas may take longer and could incur additional surcharges. We will contact you if these apply to your order.

3. Tracking & Delivery Address

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website to monitor your delivery status.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Elite Games is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

  • Our couriers are contracted services that charge per delivery attempt.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or because no one was available to receive it, the package will be returned to our office.
  • In these cases, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. A second delivery fee will apply to cover the cost of the additional attempt.

5. Damaged Shipments (Important)

  • Please inspect your package before opening or signing for it.

  • Visible Damage: If the packaging is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery.

  • Signing for Goods: By signing the delivery note, you acknowledge that the item was received in good physical condition.

  • Incorrect/Damaged Items: If you find the item is incorrect or damaged upon inspection (before opening), you may refuse the delivery. We will replace and redeliver the correct item at no additional cost to you.
