Refund policy
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. This does not apply to playing cards. If playing cards are damaged in it's packaging, contact us immediately.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the final refund amount. To ensure a safe transit, please package your items securely in a sturdy cardboard box and include a copy of your invoice.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your package to us. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without a prior return request.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
To maintain quality and safety standards, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom Orders: Personalized items or special orders.
- Personal Care: Beauty and hygiene products.
- Safety Hazards: Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Promotional: Sale items and gift cards.
If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges, including the return of the original item and the delivery of the new one.
Refunds
We strive to provide the best possible service. Our refund terms are as follows:
- Order Cancellations: If you choose to cancel an order, a 10% administration fee will apply.
- Availability & Quality: If a product becomes unavailable or fails to meet our quality standards, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–30 business days. (Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds to your account.)
Defective Goods & Warranties

The Assessment Process
To determine the best resolution (repair, replacement, or refund), we may need to send the product to the manufacturer or an authorized service center for a technical evaluation. The manufacturer will ultimately determine if the warranty claim is valid and decide on the appropriate course of action.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your product develops a fault after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we can assist in facilitating a repair through the manufacturer or their agents. In these cases:
- We will provide you with a repair quotation.
- No work will begin until you have reviewed and approved the quote.
